Refund policy
Do you want to return a product? Which can. Certain conditions are connected to this.
- Shelf life products can only be returned unopened and without damages.
- A reflection rate of 30 days applies to every purchase. When the 30 days consideration has passed the right of withdrawal
- Return costs are free if the above conditions are met
- Returns are free in the case of a wrong product, a defective product or if the product is close to the expiry date upon receipt (our products generally have a shelf life of about 12 months when purchasing)
- After receiving and inspection of the returned products, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days

Return portal
Returns can easily be arranged yourself via the ekopura Return portal. You need to fill in your name, zip code and order number and must go through a number of steps. Make sure the products are well packaged and deliver them to a service point of your choice.
